We use Chocolate Ganache to coat all our weddings cake in the summer months as its more stable than buttercream, sometimes we replace this with a rich buttercream in the winter months

Please note though we offer Black Forest, Tiramisu  flavours this is an interpretation of the true desserts otherwise they would be too wet and sticky to be suitable for cakes

We do not believe in being mean with cake, hence Cakes by Nina Cakes are taller than the average cake maker which enables you to get more per slice.

Buttercream to compliment your sponge can be any of the following:
Lemon, Strawberry, Raspberry, Caramel, Mint, Orange, Lemon, Chocolate, Coffee, Vanilla, Almond, Chocolate Chip, toffee, white chocolate, Custard, Coconut, Baileys, Jam Fillings = strawberry compote or raspberry compote, lemon curd

We use a gorgeous raspberry compote with all our vanilla cakes

We also can produce rainbow or tye died sponge cakes

If you are after a dessert serving wedding cakes please ask about our rich chocolate cake which is layered with a rich ganache together with a scrummy buttercream, this goes excellent with a serving of sorbet or ice cream
Due to how moist our carrot cake and gingerbread cake is we do not recommend this cake for wedding cakes that have lots of heavy sugar flowers as they are not stable enough to take the weight
