Please note carrot cake isn't a good cake to use if you want flowers in it as there just isn't enough structure in, we suggest having this as separate cupcakes or a cutting cake if you are having lots of flowers.
Buttercream to compliment your sponge can be any of the following:
Lemon, Strawberry, Raspberry, Caramel, Mint, Orange, Lemon, Chocolate, Coffee, Vanilla, Almond, Chocolate Chip, toffee, white chocolate, Coconut, Baileys, Jam Fillings = strawberry compote or raspberry compote, lemon curd, biscoff, passionfruit curd
We use a gorgeous raspberry compote with all our vanilla cakes
We also can produce rainbow or tye died sponge cakes
Rainbow cakes are an additional charge to make due to how time consuming they are to make they also contain artificial colourings to get the vibrant colours we are not responsible for any side effects this may cause
If you are after a dessert serving wedding cakes please ask about our rich chocolate cake which is layered with a rich ganache together with a scrummy buttercream, this goes excellent with a serving of sorbet or ice cream
